As an Iron Pourer in our foundry, your responsibilities may include:
- Completing training rotation to learn the requirements of the position; including, but not limited to, safety and operations training.
- Pouring molten iron from ladles into molds within automatic molding lines.
- Use of an overhead monorail system to pour molten iron.
- Weigh, ready, and add alloys to ladles.
- Check iron for slag and other impurities and remove as necessary.
- Ability to maintain proper metal flow and continuity to produce quality castings is required.
- Verify iron temperature is within job guidelines.
- Know and always follow safety rules.
- Perform other work as instructed by supervisor.
As a Machine Operator in our foundry, your responsibilities may include:
- Completing training rotation to learn the requirements of the position; including but not limited to, safety and operations training.
- Operate sophisticated equipment that is energized by electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic sources.
- Know and always follow safety rules.
- Perform other work as instructed by supervisor.
In addition to rewarding work, we also offer the following benefits:
- INCREASED WAGES! Iron Pourers can expect to earn between $20.00 – $20.50 per hour at completion of training. Machine Operators will earn between $18.36 – $21.73 per hour at completion of training.

Shifts are: 5:30am – 4:00pm and 5:30pm – 4:00am Monday through Thursday. Friday work is scheduled as needed. Overtime is frequently available! We can also accommodate part time requests!
